Many practices hire expensive dental consultants
who crunch numbers,
work out expense percentages & advise on how to allocate profits.
What THEY DON'T TELL YOU is how to increase treatment plan acceptance to
fill production columns
so you can actually
MAKE THE PROFITS!
The solution begins with connecting with your
patients in a meaningful way
so you can understand what is holding them back from scheduling their dental work to
ELIMINATE THE BARRIER TO PURSUING TREATMENT!
Patients are NOT going to be open about sharing their dental fear or their worry
about paying for treatment unless they trust you and feel comfortable in
understanding their dentistry.
My
Story
Thirty-plus years of experience in the dental industry has given me a unique perspective on patient care. Whether you work on the business or clinical side, you impact the overall patient experience.
My dental career began at the front desk of a general dental office, fresh out of high school, while taking college classes at night. This is where I learned about dental procedures and how understanding what happens in the operatories affects the business side of the practice.
Upon graduating with my MBA, I had the privilege of working with the CEO of a dental manufacturing company, who gave me the opportunity to create and manage a business intelligence department. This experience strengthened my ability to harness the power of information and teach others how to use information to increase sales.
After an unexpected move, I found myself in the world of orthodontics. In this ortho marketing and sales role (TC), I created language to explain complicated dental procedures in an easy-to-understand way for patients and other dental professionals. Regardless of what role I’m in, I never lose sight of the importance of people.
The science of decision making tells us that how people feel matters in how they make their decisions. I’ve spent my life’s work creating ways to make people feel comfortable, with every interaction, and have found this to be the key to success in any business.
Build trust. Show compassion. Educate.
