Service Description

The best way to connect with your patients in a way that grows your business is to use the power of your people. Your dental team is your greatest asset. They are the ones advertising your services inside and outside of the office. Let's work together to make everyone shine! What does this mean exactly? Dawn will work in groups and with individuals to discuss challenges they face in getting patients to comply with recommendations and processes. It often has to do with the language we use and our own comfort level with talking about things like cost, finances, and a patient's potential fear of dental procedures. We will work together on what to say, when to say it and how to prompt patients to act on the next step of their smile journey. Whether that means scheduling their next recall ahead of time, scheduling dentistry that has been diagnosed, scheduling a specialist appointment, applying for external credit, talking to their employer about HSA/FSA/Insurance or a host of other barriers, you will find that it can be a pleasant, caring conversation instead of one to be avoided. You first have to find out which obstacle is holding them back and that begins with a conversation. Dawn will share ways to create custom educational documents, videos and website pages to use as support pieces for your patients' understanding of what your practice is all about. We can schedule half day, full day and two day workshops that meet your needs. Also included is communication with Dawn for up to 3 months after the workshop to answer questions and offer support.
